Preparation Instructions
SERVES 4 With each preparation method PAN JUICE Combine 3 tbsp pan juices with 1 1/2 tbsp Gravox Gravy Mix. Mix well to make a smooth paste. Cook for 30 seconds on low heat, stirring continuously. Gradually add 3/4 cup (185 mL) water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. STOVE TOP Blend 1 1/2 tbsp Gravox Gravy Mix with 1 cup (250 mL) water. Bring to boil, stirring continuously. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. MICROWAVE In a microwave safe jug, blend 11/2 tbsp Gravox Gravy Mix with 3 tbsp water to make a smooth paste. Place 3/4 cup (185 mL) water in another jug and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute 50 seconds (1100W)+. Whisk water into paste. Heat for a further 45 seconds. Whisk well and stand for 2 minutes before serving. +Guide only. Microwave ovens may vary, adjust heating time as needed. HIGH = 100% power.
